珠海市发布《2024-2025年噪声污染防治行动方案》，旨在通过实施噪声污染防治行动，基本掌握全市重点噪声源污染现状，逐步完善声环境质量监测体系，有效落实各部门污染防治责任，稳步提高噪声治理水平，有力推动声环境质量持续改善。

二、完善voice environment管理夯实noise pollution prevention基础
（一）科学调整voice environment功能区
开展voice environmental functionality zone adjustment work. According to national voice environmental quality standards and land use status, timely adjust voice environmental functionality zones by the end of 2025.
Conduct noise-sensitive building area demarcation research work. By 2024, start noise-sensitive building area demarcation research based on the Noise Pollution Prevention Law and combined with national voice environmental quality standards, land use planning, and relevant plans.
（二）细化voice environment management measures
3. Publish noise pollution prevention information. Regularly publish whole city voice environmental quality situation information starting from 2025.
4. Launch noise mapping application pilot projects in Xiangzhou District as a key area to encourage other districts to choose typical areas for noise map application research.
5. Launch "Quiet Pearl Bay" construction pilot projects according to the overall plan of Zhuhai City, urban development plan, ecological environment protection plan, etc., starting from 2024.
