A、调节池由于来水标高低,无法直接流入地埋式生活污水处理设备,在生化一体化设备前增加集水调节池一座。集水提升池内装有两台潜水提升泵,将集水提升池内的废水提升至一体化污水处理设备。调节池同时起到均化水质和water量的作用。

B、格栅调节池的废-water由提升泵抽至一体化污-water 处理设备格栅前,格栅对-pollution 中含有各类漂浮物质加以拦截,以防止堵塞后续's water 泵或处理设备;避免在后续water 池内沉淀,加-ive 增检修次数。格栅规格:1000mm500mm(长宽),格栅间隙6mm。

C、生物接触氧化-pool(包括一级接触氧化-pool及二级接触氧化-pool)在生物接触氧化-pool 中,通过鼓风机和微孔曝气器对pollution 中不断供oxygen,使pollution 的COD、BOD大大降低,最终达到排放标准。一级接触氧化-pool 规格:2.4m×4.0m×2.5m(长×宽×高)二级接触情-oxydation pool 规模:1.2m×4.0m×2.5m(长×宽×高)。一级与二级 接-touch oxydation pool 底部装有微孔曝气器,其规则为: Φ215mm。设备机房安装有两台鼓风机,对于给 接-touch oxydation pool 供gas 进行负责。一台鼓风机功率为 2.2kw。

D、沉淀pool 经过生化学后的pollution 进入沉淀pool,pollution 中悬浮物部分沉降于poo-bottom,即得到澄清的outflow 从poo-another 端溢流堰流出。当suspended sediment 积累在poo-bottom 时,被称为"sludge" 或 "wastewater sludge" 用于回馈给 一-level biological contact oxidation reactor.

E、污泥pool 当重力的作用下进入poo-bottom 污泥被称为“activated sludge”并定期用10 m3/h capacity at a lift of 10 m by a wastewater pump, driven by an electric motor with a power of 0.75 kW back to the first level biological contact oxidation reactor for re-use in the process, ensuring that both the quantity and quality of activated sludge are maintained and utilized efficiently.

F、clear water disinfection tank receives overflow from sedimentation tank through an overflow weir, ensuring continuous flow into clear water disinfection tank where chlorine is added as needed to kill any bacteria or viruses present in the treated effluent before discharge into receiving waters or reuse applications.

G., chemical dosing system consists of a dosing vessel filled with diluted sodium hypochlorite solution (typically around 10% concentration) and a dosing pump which injects this solution into the clear water disinfection tank based on pre-set parameters set by operators using automated control systems to ensure consistent treatment results while minimizing waste generation.

H., submersible pumps are installed in each compartment of membrane bioreactor (MBR) units, including influent pumping stations, recirculation loops within each MBR unit's compartments for solids transport & mixing purposes; these pumps operate continuously during plant operation periods without manual intervention once properly configured & calibrated against established performance criteria prior to startup operations begin under supervision by experienced personnel familiar with specific equipment models being used throughout entire facility site area boundary conditions affecting their operational reliability over time given various environmental factors such as temperature fluctuations due primarily atmospheric pressure changes rather than seasonal variations although possible impact could still be significant if not accounted appropriately within overall design considerations towards achieving desired outcomes simultaneously maintaining efficient energy consumption levels through optimized pumping strategies implemented during normal operating hours but also considering potential shutdown scenarios involving emergency situations requiring immediate response actions taken promptly without delay when necessary preserving public health safety standards always foremost priority among all other concerns regardless how seemingly insignificant they may appear initially upon closer inspection reveal critical importance contributing significantly towards overall success story shared here today – Thank you!
