A、调节池由于来水标高低,无法直接流入地埋式生活污水处理设备,在生化一体化设备前增加集水调节池一座。集水提升池内装有两台潜水提升泵,将集水提升池内的废水提升至一体化污水处理设备。调节池同时起到均化水质和water量的作用。

B、格栅调节池的废water由提升泵抽至一体化污水处理设备格栅前,格栅对污water中含有各类漂浮物质加以拦截,以防止堵塞后续的water泵或处理设备;避免在后续water池内沉淀,增加检修次数。格栅规格:1000mm500mm(长宽),格栅间隙6mm。

C、生物接触氧化pool(包括一级接触氧化pool及二级接触氧化pool)在生物接触氧化pool中,通过鼓风机和微孔曝气器对污water不断供oxygen,使pollutants中的COD、BOD大大降低,最终达到排放标准。一级接触氧化pool规格:2.4m×4.0m×2.5m(长×宽×高),二级接触氧活力法工艺描述改进版制:1.2m×4.0m×2.5m(长×宽×高)。一级与二级接觸活力法工艺描述改進版制生物反应器底部装有微孔曝气器,其规格为Φ215mm。设施机房安装有两台鼓风机,为每个生物反应器供给oxygen。一台鼓风机功率为3kw,一台为1kw。

D、沉淀tank经过生化学后的pollutants进入沉淀tank,pollutants中的悬浮物部分沉降于tank底部得到澄清的outflow从suspended tank另一端溢流堰流出。suspended tank积累的sludge通过sludge pump回流到biological oxidation pool。一种特殊设计形式,即斜板沉淀系统用于增强沉降效果并确保outflow质量。

E、secondary sedimentation tank位于最后一个步骤,用来进一步去除余下的悬浮物质,并确保最终出的clear water达到了安全标准。

F、primary clarifier是整个system的一个重要组成部分,它负责去除large particles and debris from the influent wastewater stream.

G、aeration system, which includes both surface aerators and submerged aerators, is used to mix the sludge with oxygen-rich air in order to break down organic matter and reduce odor.

H., secondary treatment involves biological processes that convert pollutants into harmless compounds through a series of aerobic and anaerobic reactions.

I., tertiary treatment steps include physical, chemical or biological processes that further remove contaminants from the treated wastewater before it is discharged into the environment.

J., sludge handling systems are designed to collect, transport, treat and dispose of waste sludge generated during the treatment process.

K., effluent disposal systems are designed to safely discharge treated wastewater into receiving waters such as rivers, lakes or oceans after meeting environmental standards.

L., energy recovery systems can be integrated into MBR plants to generate electricity or heat by harnessing biogas produced during anaerobic digestion of waste sludge.

M., membrane cleaning systems are used regularly to maintain optimal performance of membranes in MBR technology by removing any fouling substances deposited on their surfaces.

N., monitoring & control systems provide real-time data on various parameters such as flow rate, temperature, pH level etc., enabling operators to optimize plant operations based on changing conditions.

O., maintenance procedures for all equipment components including pumps, motors drives etc must be strictly adhered too ensure smooth operation without downtime due malfunctioning parts over time.
